PXD062832 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTNFRSF11B-modified umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells as a novel strategy for bone-related diseases by suppressing osteoclast activity
DescriptionThis study explored the proteomic changes in UCMSCs cells following TNFRSF11B gene overexpression. Stable overexpression of TNFRSF11B in UCMSCs via lentiviral transduction. Proteomic analysis was conducted on the conditioned medium from control UCMSCs and TNFRSF11B-overexpressing UCMSCs. Transfected cells were seeded in culture flasks, and the culture medium was collected after 2 days and rapidly frozen in -80℃. The differential protein expression profile linked to TNFRSF11B overexpression in UCMSCs was analyzed using 4D label-free proteomics (PTM Bio, Hangzhou).
