PXD062631 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleExamining differential protein expression in brain and retinal tissue from the Mthfr677C>T mouse model
DescriptionThe Mthfr677C>T variant is associated with Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia. We created a knockin mouse model containing the variant and have been characterizing brain and retinal health in the mice, with special focus on vascular dysfunction. We have shown similar vascular phenotypes in the two tissues and wanted to assess differential protein expression in each tissue by genotype. We were then able to compare which proteins are changing in tandem and determine associated and relevant pathways; these data will help direct the next stage of study.
