Description	To identify potential regulatory factors associated with S100A6 during HGPS senescence, we used mass spectrometry (MS) to screen for S100A6 binding proteins. PARP1, RPL6, TCP1, CAD, XPO1 and RPS18 were identified as S100A6-binding proteins by MS.
