PXD061697-1
PXD061697 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Experiments using TurboID and BPA crosslinking to identify interactions between SNIPE, ManYZ, and phage proteins |
| Description | TurboID was fused to different inner membrane proteins and proximity labeling + streptavidin bead pulldowns were used to identify biotinylated proteins. Separately, BPA was incorporated into SNIPE-FLAG and crosslinked to phage and host proteins with UV exposure, followed by anti-FLAG pulldowns and mass spectrometry to identify crosslinked proteins. |
