| Title | Proteomics of Roseovarius nubinhibens cultured with 4-hydroxybenzoate and pyruvate |
| Description | We used 4HB or pyruvate with equimolar concentration of carbon to cultivate R. nubinhibens in marine basal medium (MBM). Both cultures exhibited similar growth rates and exhausted their carbon source within 36 h. We carried out proteomic analysis on R. nubinhibens during the exponential phase. This comparison highlighted change in protein abundance during aromatic compound metabolism in R. nubinhibens. |
