PXD061478 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Affinity-based protein profiling of benzodiazepine targets in rat synaptosomes |
| Description | Three affinity-based probes based on the benzodiazepines flurazepam and flunitrazepam were synthesized and applied to identify benzodiazepine-binding proteins in synaptosomes derived from rat brain tissue. Proteins were obtained from brain tissue through homogenization and ultracentrifugation, labeled with the probes in the presence and absence of authentic flurazepam, enriched on streptavidin beads and digested, then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline. |
