PXD061095-1

PXD061095 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCUL4A-DDB1-DCAF10 is an n-recognin for Nt-acetylated Src kinases
Descriptioncotranslational n-terminal modifications such as methionine excision, acetylation, and myristoylation contribute to protein stability, localization and three-dimensional folding. Disruption of these modifcations expose short n-terminal degron motifs that ultimately trigger protein degradation through the ubiqutin-proteasome system, safeguarding the proteome.
