PXD061063 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Mouse brain proteome response to a circadian rhythm disruption and FABP7 KO |
| Description | Proteomic data from mouse brain; frontal cortical/hippocampal, encompassing Sham control and Fabp7 KO combined with circadian rhythm disrupting electroshock. 16 total samples. Samples were digested with trypsin, TMT labeled and fractionated (12) then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline. |
