PXD061042-1
PXD061042 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Proteomic Investigation of Plant Mitochondria lacking the Multiple Organellar RNA Editing Factor 3 (MORF3) |
Description | We compared the proteomes of mitochondria isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type and morf3-1 mutant line liquid cell culture (GK-109E12.01). Proteins were extracted and digested via the SP3 protocol. Peptides were cleaned up via solid-phase extraction. All samples were measured with three different ion mobility ranges (TIMS fractionation). |
