Description	HeLa treated with IAA or NEM (Figure S3). Stable cell line expressing GALT1-HA-sCGrx1p sensor protein were treated with 20 mM NEM (A) or IAA (B) for 30 min at 37°C. The processed samples are anti-HA magnetic beads with the sensor protein captured from whole cell lysate.
