| Description | Sites of lactoylation were identified on both recominant human PHGDH and PHGDH in cellulo. For recombinant protein, sample was treated with 100 uM LGSH for 24 hours. For in cellulo, cells were transfected with PHGDH-mycDDK and treated with 50 uM MGO for lactoylLys identification. |
