| Description | TbTOM1 is an ortholog of human TOM1, which was identified in Trypanosomes by bioinformatic approaches, and is potentially implicated in endocytosis. We wanted to further investigate TbTOM1 functions. Using a gene silencing approach we wanted to gain insights on possible effects on vesicle sorting and/or other endocytosis-related activities. |
