PXD060330-1

PXD060330 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAnalysis of cysteine redox state with age in flies overexpressing catalase
DescriptionDysregulation of redox homeostasis has been implicated in the ageing process and the pathology of age-related diseases. To study redox signalling by hydrogen peroxide in vivo, we upregulated levels of the enzyme catalase in Drosophila.
