TitleProteomics profile of large extracellular vesicles derived from P. gingivalis–infected HCT116 cells
DescriptionHCT116 cells were treated with/without P. gingivalis for 48h, then the large extracellular vesicles (lEV) were isolated via a series of differential centrifugation steps. then the purified lEVs were used for label free quantitative proteomics analysis. Three biological replicates are prepared for each group.
