Title	Identification of the lactatation site of EV71-VP2
Description	EV71-VP2-His purified plasmid and lactate transferase-GST purified plasmid were constructed. The protein expression was induced and purified through the bacterial protein expression system. After 2 h of passage through the in vitro lactication reaction, proteins were separated by nondeformable gels, stained by silver staining, and lactication modification sites were analyzed by mass spectrometry
