| Description | EV71-VP2-MYC was extransfected into 293T cells, and 36 hours later, the cells were treated with MG132 for 12 hours. The cells were harvested, and the cell lysates were incubated with protein-G with MYC antibody overnight. The interacting proteins were analyzed by mass spectrometry. |
