PXD059262 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic analysis of wild Salmonella strains and ychJ knockout strains under oxygen stress
DescriptionIn our previous study, experimental data demonstrated that ychJ deletion specifically reduced the ability of Salmonella to survive oxygen attack, suggesting that ychJ plays a critical role in Salmonella's response to oxidative stress. Salmonella responds to oxidative stress by counteracting reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by macrophages through a variety of mechanisms to ensure its survival and ability to replicate. We performed proteomic analysis of ΔychJ and WT under oxygen stress in order to confirm in what way YchJ affects Salmonella in response to oxidative stress.
