Description	Neutrophils exhibited remarkable plasticity and heterogenicity in both homeostasis and pathology conditions. Here, we conducted a “multi-states” proteomics methodology to explore how neutrophils respond upon infection and inflammation stress including bacterial analog LPS, virus analog Poly(I:C), pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α, and PKC activator PMA challenge.
