PXD059088-1

PXD059088 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTORC1 autonomously controls its spatial partitioning via the Rag GTPase tether Tco89
DescriptionIn this project two different sets of SILAC based phosphoproteomic experiments were performed to study the relevance of Tco89 for phosphorylation dynamics. Per experiment three biological replicates were performed and both enriched phosphopeptides and the FT to determine source protein ratios were analyzed.
