Description	The wild-type and heterozygous MRC2 E990G loss-of-function variant mice proteomics profiling and secretome profiling was performed. Secretomic samples were obtained from isolated mouse atrial fibroblasts, while proteomic samples were taken from whole atrial pairs excised from the mice.
