To elucidate the molecular mechanism of salt tolerance in upland cotton seedlings, proteomic methods were employed to study the proteomic characteristics of upland cotton leaves at the three-leaf stage after 12 hours of 0.4% NaCl stress, and candidate proteins related to salt tolerance were subsequently screened. |
