PXD058790-1

PXD058790 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMulti-omics analysis combined with the Nephroseq database reveals that FN1 and three other genes are closely related to renal function in diabetic nephropathy.
DescriptionDiabetic nephropathy is a serious late chronic complication of type 2 diabetes and a major cause of end-stage renal disease. In order to better understand the molecular mechanisms of kidney lesions, we examined the mRNA and protein levels of mouse kidney to reveal the changes occurring in the kidney tissue of diabetes-associated kidney injury at the molecular level, to provide a theoretical basis for drug treatment.
