PXD058550-1

PXD058550 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTargeted mass spectrum on activation-state-dependent Integrin alpha 5
DescriptionIntegrin alpha 5 is a key transmembrane protein that mediates cell-ECM adhesion and ECM assembly. Its activation and signaling involve both cytoplasmic and extracellular proteins. Using zebrafish somitogenesis as the physiological setting, we sought to identify activation-state-dependent Integrin alpha 5 (Itga5) associated proteins.
