Title	Proteomics of zebrafish early somites
Description	The segmented pattern of the vertebral column and musculature in vertebrate embryos is established during somitogenesis. Here, using the model animal zebrafish, we employed Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) to capture the proteomics change at the early stages of somite development.
