Description	Liquid Chromatography Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC/ESI-MS/MS) was used in the human cell lines HS578T, MDA-MB-231, MCF10A, and PC3. Label free quantification of protein abundances enabled comparison of the expression levels of talin 1 and talin 2 within each cell line. Mass spectrometry sample processing and analyses were performed at the Turku Proteomics Facility supported by Biocenter Finland.
