Description	Human cells, either asynchronous or synchronized with nocodazole, were subjected to a pulldown assay using GST-maspin. Interacting proteins were eluted using 10 mM reduced glutathione, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, and 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.5).
