Title	Proteomics data of erythrocytes of long-term high altitude acclimated lowlanders
Description	Purified RBC pellets were sent on dry ice to Jingjie PTM BioLab (Hangzhou, China) for 4D-smartDIA proteomic analysis, as described.44 The output DIA data were processed using the DIA-NN search engine (v.1.8) and the tandem mass spectra were searched against the human reference proteins (Homo_sapiens_9606_SP_20230103.fasta, 20389 entries) concatenated with reverse decoy database. Trypsin/P was specified as a cleavage enzyme allowing up to 1 missing cleavage, excision on N-term Met and carbamidomethyl on Cys were specified as fixed modification, and FDR was adjusted to < 1%.
