PXD057121 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTranscriptome and Redox Proteome Reveal Temporal Scales of Carbon Metabolism Regulation in Model Cyanobacteria Under Light Disturbance
DescriptionThe purpose of this experiment was to evaluate and understand the regulatory dynamics of carbon fixation in S. elongatus PCC 7942 cscB/SPS under light and dark treatment conditions using a tandem mass tag (TMT) and global mass spectrometry approach. TMT16 and global proteomic data were acquired using a Q-Exactive HF mass spectrometer and processed using MS-GF+ for downstream word cloud analysis of PIML models vs. proteome expression data.
