PXD056911 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMS-based proteomic characterization of Toxoplasma gondii SNF2L, SNF2h, RFTS and RSF1d interactomes
DescriptionIn eukaryotic cells, ATP-dependent chromatin remodelers are specialized multiprotein machines that organize the genome and rule its accessibility by repositioning, ejecting or modifying nucleosomes, but their role in Toxoplasma gondii is still poorly understood. Phylogenetic analyzes show that the parasite retains the commonly recognized remodeler families and has evolved two divergent proteins within the ISWI family: TgSNF2h and TgSNF2L. To gain insight into the role played by these structurally divergent proteins, we characterized their interactomes and those of two associated partners, RFTS and RSF1d.
