PXD055947-1
PXD055947 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | CRL4-DCAF12 regulation of MCMBP ensures optimal licensing of DNA replication |
| Description | HEK293T cells were transfected with StrepII-FLAG-tagged DCAF12 and, where indicated, treated with the proteasome inhibitor MG-132 for 6 hours. Following treatment, cells were harvested and lysed. Protein complexes associated with StrepII-FLAG-tagged DCAF12 were purified using Strep-TactinXT Superflow resin (IBA Lifesciences, Gottingen, Germany) and eluted with desthiobiotin. Eluted samples were subjected to liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis at the Proteomics Facility of the Biotechnology and Biomedicine Center of the Academy of Sciences and Charles University (BIOCEV) in Vestec, Czech Republic. |
