DescriptionHEK293T cells were transfected with PLK2-Flag or empty vector for 24 h for 8h. The cell lysates were co-immunoprecipitated using anti-Flag antibody and the products were immunoblotted using anti-Flag antibody . The IP samples were subjected to Mass spectrometry analysis.
