PXD055392-1
PXD055392 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Proteome analysis of Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579 and its tspO mutant at late exponential and stationary phases |
| Description | The proteomes of Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579 and its tspO mutant were established by label-free shotgun proteomics for cells harvested at late exponential and stationary phases. The comparative analysis indicated the molecular modifications induced by the phase transition and by the mutation of the gene encoding the transmembrane translocator protein TSPO which is a quorum sensing inhibitor. |
