PXD055017-1
PXD055017 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Golgi-specific or ER-specific biotin labeling proteome of the hemolymph by turboID during wing disc repair in Drosophila larvae |
| Description | Larval hemolymph samples were collected from 12-20 Gnmt-T2A>V5-turboID, Gnmt-T2A>Mgat2-V5-turboID, or Gnmt-T2A>ER-myc-BirAG3ER larvae in three biological replicates. Samples were collected at the early stage of wing imaginal disc repair. Biotinylated protein purified with neutralavidin beads were subjected to trypsin-digestion. Digested-peptides were desalinated and purified using GL-tip SDB. Purified peptides were subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis. |
