PXD054746 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLC-MS of migrasomes and vesicles form human ccRCC 786-O cells
DescriptionOn one hand, we performed label-free quantitative proteomics to analyze migrasome proteins derived from 786-O cells vs ITM2B-knockdown 786-O cells. On the other hands,we isolated ITM2B truncation-containing vesicles and performed mass proteomic analysis to identify proteins that were carried by ITM2B truncation-containing vesicles. Through joint analysis of decreased proteins in ITM2B-knockdown migrasomes and proteins in vesicles, we discovered overlapping proteins, suggesting these proteins might be selectively sorted into migrasomes via ITM2B truncation-containing vesicles.
