PXD054297 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleExploring BICC1 interactome: Insights into RNA-mediated protein networks and biomolecular condensates
DescriptionBicaudal C Homolog 1 (BICC1) is a conserved RNA-binding protein primarily associated in mammals with the polycystic kidney disease (PKD) and renal organogenesis. Nevertheless, its role in other disease contexts, such as cancer, is still uncovered. In this context, the project aimed to characterize BICC1 protein interaction (interactome) in RNA and SAM domain dependence.
