Description	To identify the proteins interacting with Gore-tex/Osiris23, affinity purification mass spectrometry (AP-MS) was performed using S2 cells transfected with HA or Flag-tagged Gore-tex/Osiris23 expression vectors. PTM analysis was also performed to determine the ubiquitination sites of Gore-tex/Osiris23.
