Dataset Summary
TitleCombination of proximity biotinylation proteomics and optogenetics unveils key proteins promoting Pathological structural conversion of a-synuclein
DescriptionThis submission contains the mass spectrometry files for the manuscript by Maxime Teixeira et al. that describes the establishment and deployment of an optogenetics approach combined with proximity biotionylation to characterize the formation of a-synuclein aggregates in cellulo. Proximity biotinylation experiments were performed from Flp-In T-REx HEK293 cells and MS files were acquired on an Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer.
