| Description | This is a case control study consisting of 36 HD patients, more specifically of asymptomatic (n=18), early symptomatic (n=10) and symptomatic advanced (n=8) and 36 gender/age matched controls. A blood sample was collected from all study participants, using a standard protocol serum was extracted and stored at -80°C degrees until time of sample preparation and analysis. |
