PXD052884-1

PXD052884 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleA comparative study of velvet worm slime major proteins
DescriptionSlime proteins were separated into high, middle, and low MW regions by SDS Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) . The bands from different MW regions were carefully cut off, in-gel digested, subjected to LC-MS/MS, and searched against the transcriptome library of the slime gland.
