PXD052884 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | A comparative study of velvet worm slime major proteins |
Description | Slime proteins were separated into high, middle, and low MW regions by SDS Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) . The bands from different MW regions were carefully cut off, in-gel digested, subjected to LC-MS/MS, and searched against the transcriptome library of the slime gland. |
