| Description | Human lung cells (BEAS-2B) were exposed to either liquid suspensions of 125 ug/mL urban particulate matter (NIST, SRM 1648a) or growth media only control for 24 hours at 37C, 5% CO2. We have explored the changes in expression level and subcellular abundance of key proteins involved in cellular response to air pollution stress. |
