Description	GFP-tagged NUP153 and suitable controls were used to pull down interactors from human cell lysate, where the cells were uninfected/infected with TBEV/infected with LGTV. After sample preparation, digestion and bottom-up LC-MS/MS analysis, the enriched proteins were identified.
