Dataset Summary
| Title | Quantitative proteomics of iPSC-RPE from human donors |
| Description | In the project “Quantitative proteomics of iPSC-RPE from human donors” label-free quantitative expression proteomics of iPSC-RPE cells derived from the conjunctiva of human donors was performed. Cells were differentiated using standard protocols (PMID: 33292045) and treated for 24 hours with either vehicle (DMSO, Ctrl), 10 uM CA77.1, or 20 mM NH4Cl + 100 uM Leupeptin (N/L), to assess the effect of autophagy modulation on proteome remodeling. |
