PXD051454 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAcetylomics reveals an extensive acetylation diversity within Pseudomonas aeruginosa
DescriptionThis dataset provides information on acetylome changes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 upon overexpression of an unspecified gene. These changes were measured using SILAC in combination with LC-MS/MS. However, in the paper that is supported by this dataset, we focused solely on the non-overexpressed condition. In this condition, we found a total of 1,076 unique identified sites in 508 proteins. A subsequent comparison with available P.aeruginosa strain PA14 acetylomes revealed extensive acetylation diversity with this species. In addition, a broader comparison with other bacterial acetylomes revealed that high acetylation levels for transcriptional related proteins are shared across bacterial species.
