Description	In this project, mass spectrometer Q-Exactive HF X was used. Total number of 43898 spectra were obtained from the sample group SK_mock. After identification by search engine, 6733 spectra were matched, 1094 proteins and 5074 peptides were identified.Total number of 46943 spectra were obtained from the sample group SK_MR. After identification by search engine, 6827 spectra were matched, 847 proteins and 4780 peptides were identified.Total number of 46065 spectra were obtained from the sample group SK_PR. After identification by search engine, 7085 spectra were matched, 908 proteins and 5039 peptides were identified.
