PXD050491-1

PXD050491 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleGlyceraldehyde treatment on pancreatic ductal epithelial cells
DescriptionTo study the impact of the accumulation of glyceraldehyde-derived intracellular protein advanced glycation end products (AGEs) on global proteomic changes in pancreatic ductal epithelial cells. The cells were treated with glyceraldehyde for up to 2 days and changes of protein expressions were assessed through mass spectroscopic analysis.
