Title	Proteome Profiling to determine changes in protein levels upon treatment with iDeg-1
Description	HEK293T cells were incubated with 10 uM iDeg-1 or DMSO for 6 h to examine protein degradation induced by iDeg-1. Samples were fractionated using high-pH chromatograpy and analysed using nanoHPLC-MS/MS and an LFQ approach.
