TitleTandem Mass Tag-based proteomics of astaxanthin-producing tobacco expressing astaxanthin synthetases from Adonis aestivalis
DescriptionThe synthesis of astaxanthin leads to growth retardation in tobacco. Meanwhile, irregular mosaic pigmentation randomly appears on the leaves of astaxanthin-producing tobacco. The purpose of this project is to elucidate the mechanism of growth retardation in astaxanthin-producing tobacco and to compare the differences between mosaic pigmentation regions on astaxnathin-producing tobacco leaves.
