| Description | Immunoprecipitation (IP) of histidine phosphatase LHPP proteins for mass spectrometry. Stable LHPP-overexpressing UM Mum2b cells were used to obtain protein lysate. LHPP was used as bait protein for IP. Enriched proteins were colleted and analyzed as the poteintial interacting protein of LHPP. |
