PXD050107 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleQuantitative Proteomics of the kidney AKT-mediated response to a potassium-deficient diet
DescriptionThree groups of wild-type mice were fed either a normal diet, a potassium-deficient diet, or a potassium-deficient diet while being co-treated with the AKT inhibitor MK2206 (50 mg/kg). After treatment (4 days), animals were euthanized, and kidneys were snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen.
