Title	FIKK4.1-FIKK4.2 protein environment in Plasmodium falciparum infected red blood cells
Description	In this project we used proximity labelling to investigate the environment of 2 P.falciparum kinases, FIKK4.1 and FIKK4.2, exported in the infected red blood cell (iRBCs), by fusing them to a biotin ligase. Peptide-level analysis was used to obtain more information about the topography of these 2 kinases interactors.
